Anonymous Call Rejection

Anonymous Call Rejection prevents the calls from callers who restrict delivery of their Caller ID. When activated, calls that come in as “Anonymous,” “Private,” or “Unknown” will be played a message informing them their call was properly delivered, however you do not accept calls from callers who block delivery of their Caller-ID.

  • To Activate Anonymous Call Rejection, dial *77.
  • To De-Activate Anonymous Call Rejection, dial *87.

Automatic Busy Redial

Automatic Busy Redial will retry a busy number for you for up to an hour and alert you with a special ring when the party is available.

To use Automatic Busy Redial: After dialing a busy number you will be asked if you would like the system to retry the number. Follow the instructions to start Automatic Busy Redial.
To cancel pending Redials: Pick up your telephone and dial *86 at anytime.

Call Return

Call Return will provide you with the number (if available) of your last caller, and provide you with the option to return the call or block future calls from the number by pressing one button.

To initiate Call Return, dial *69.

Call Forwarding – Unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional will forward all calls to your telephone number to another number of your choosing. Note: When activated, your telephone will ring a half ring each time a call is forwarded to remind you that your Call Forward Unconditional is still active.
To activate Call Forward Unconditional, dial *72, at the second dial tone dial the number to where you want your calls forwarded.
To de-activate Call Forwarding Unconditional, dial *73.

Calling Number Delivery Blocking

Calling Number Delivery Blocking prevents your phone number from being displayed to the person receiving your call.
To Use Calling Number Delivery Blocking (One-Time)
Pick up the handset and listen for the dial tone.
Dial *67
When you hear the dial tone again, dial the number as usual.

To Permanently Enable Calling Number Delivery Blocking
Pick up the handset and listen for a the dial tone.
Dial *65
When you hear the stutter dial tone, hang up.

(To re-enable Calling Number Delivery, perform the steps above).

To Enable Calling Number Delivery (One-Time)
If you have previously enabled Permanent Calling Number Delivery Blocking you may encounter some parties who do not accept calls from private or anonymous numbers. To allow the delivery of your Caller-ID information:

Pick up the handset and listen for the dial tone.
Dial *82
When you hear the dial tone again, dial the number as usual.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting will alert you with a tone when you are on the telephone to let you know that another caller is trying to reach you.
To Use Call Waiting
When you hear the tone during your conversation, click the flash key or switch hook on your telephone. This will place you on hold and connect you with your second caller.
You may alternate between callers by pressing the flash key.

Cancel Call Waiting

You may cancel your call waiting service at any time.
To disable call waiting for a single call before the call, dial *70, when you hear the second dialtone, dial the number as usual.
To permanently disable call waiting on your line, dial *81.
To permanently re-enable call waiting on your line, dial *61.

Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb prevents all calls from ringing your line. Callers will be played a message advising them that you have activated your Do Not Disturb Service. If Voicemail is active on your line, Do Not Disturb will send the caller to your Voicemail service so they may leave you a message. When activating Do Not Disturb you have the option of creating a “bypass” code to allow calls from people who know to complete as normal.
To activate Do Not Disturb, dial *78.
To de-active Do Not Disturb, dial *79.

Selective Call Rejection

Selective Call Rejection, more commonly called “Call Block”, prevents calls from callers whom you have specified you do not wish to receive calls from. When calls are received from callers on your Call Block list, the call will be intercepted and played a message advising the caller that their call has been properly delivered, but you currently have your Call Block service activated.
To activate or manage Selective Call Rejection, dial *60.
To de-activate Selective Call Rejection, dial *80.

Three-Way Calling

Three-Way calling allows you to talk with two other people – at different locations – at the same time. Note: When you are on a Three-Way call, your Call Waiting service will not work and your callers will hear a busy signal or be transferred to your voicemail.
To use Three-Way Calling
With the first person on the line, click the flash key or switch hook on your telephone to put the call on hold.
When you hear the “stutter dialtone,” dial the second person. You can talk privately with the second person before completing the next step.
When the second person answers the phone, you may talk privately before connecting the calls together (next step).
If you encounter a busy signal or no answer, click the flash key or switch hook twice to continue your original call.
Click the flash key or switch hook on your telephone. At this time all three parties will be connected.

Voicemail

Voicemail services enables you to receive messages when you are unavailable, or on the telephone without the need for an answering machine.
To access your voicemail box from your phone, dial *97.
If you are away, call your telephone number, when you hear the voicemail greeting, press *. The system will then prompt you for your voicemail password.

Note: All voicemail boxes are initially created with the password “0000.” For the security of your voicemail, please change the password immediately.
